The Middletown campus is designed and staffed to be a patient focused and team oriented environment. While positions have specific job descriptions which define functions and qualifications, the expectation at Middletown is that jobs not requiring specific licensure, certification, experience, or technical skills can be done by anyone at any time to meet a need.

The Kettering Health Network Respiratory Care teams are an integral part of daily clinical care. We work collaboratively with our clinical caregivers, patients and families to improve and maintain ideal lung health. The goal of our Respiratory Therapist is to perform with a high degree of competency all clinical aspects of respiratory care for all age groups (adult, geriatric, and pediatrics)
